These sessions are delivered via video conferencing and come with unlimited support and real-time feedback. They are designed with your specific goals in mind and utilising whatever equipment and space you have at your disposal.
30 minutes (unless otherwise requested). This will include a warm-up and cool down. Please log-in to the call 5 minutes prior to your session, where possible.
The more often we train, the faster you should see results. You’ll start feeling better pretty much immediately but in order to SEE real progress, you need to train consistently for at least 2-3 months. Rome wasn’t built in a day!
2-3 times per week is ideal. Do not expect to achieve all of your goals by training once every now and then, as put quite simply, it’s a waste of my time and your money! Be realistic. The more time you spend working at it, the greater the benefits.
I wouldn’t recommend it! Training on an ad-hoc basis will not yield the positive results you are after. In order to facilitate change, consistency and commitment are required.
